This 7-day hunt offers one hunter the opportunity to get a Water Buffalo through free chase, no enclosures, at the ranches in Santiago del Estero, without trophy quality restrictions and no surcharges on gold medal trophies. Area selection depending on upgrades the hunter might want to take. The farms have a stable population of Water Buffalo and the hunt is very exciting due to the size and special temper of this animal. The hunt is considered ended when the trophy is obtained or wounded by the hunter. The hunter can choose to use rifle, bow, handgun or muzzleloader. Modern rifles equipped with excellent scopes are available for use for those not wishing to travel with their own firearms. There is no cost to use the rifle, the hunter just pays for the ammunition used. Minor game such as hares, vizcachas and foxes can be shot at no extra cost. Accommodations are new colonial époque lodges places within the hunting area, with an excellent personal attention, ample supply of Argentinean meals and beverages including famous Argentinean beef and wine. Hunt can be upgraded to include red stag, collared peccary, white lipped peccary, brocket deer, wild goat, axis deer, 4-horned ram, feral hog, etc. The rut for the red stag is March and April. The hunters who are willing to upgrade the hunt with some Big Game trophies won’t have to pay extra daily rates if this activity is performed within the 7-days donated. Included are reception at airports, ground transportation, 1x1 guide service, accommodations, meals and beverages. Non-hunters are welcome at $1000.
