This 5-day hunt is performed at the Province of La Pampa, 600 Km distance from Buenos Aires. The red stag is definitely one of the most important trophies in South America, and you will have the opportunity to harvest excellent trophies. The private hunting area is 25,000 hectares and has a high population of red deer, where gold medals are taken yearly. There are a great amount of mountain lions, European wild boars, water buffaloes and different species of rams and wild goats. These animals can be combined with the red stag program. The hunting season is March and April and the hunt can be taken during the rutting season 2010/2011. Included are the trophy fee for one red stag, reception and paperwork assistance in all Argentine airports, transfers amongst the different hunting spots, lodge accommodation, meals and drinks, 1x1 guide service and field preparation of trophies. NOT included are gun permits ($100 per firearm), hunting license ($400), and local flights and layovers in Buenos Aires. As an alternative to bringing you own firearms, you can rent a rifle from MG Hunting for $70 per day. Extra hunting days can be added at $400 per day and non-hunting companions are welcome at $200 per day.
